Registration Process

Phase 1 Result Declared

• PHASE I


• 1) Download the Registration form from institute’s website and send it along with DD and synopsis.
• 2) You have to submit your synopsis in the prescribed format which will be evaluated by a panel of judges.
• 3) You will get a registration number through e-mail which will be your identity for further correspondence.
• 4) The selected entries will be informed well in advance about their selection for GRAND FINALE.

• PHASE II


• 1) The teams after clearing Phase I will qualify for Phase II.
• 2) They will be invited for GRAND FINALE where they will have to present their concept in front of the judges.
• 3) You have to confirm your presence for GRAND FINALE within 2 days of intimation of your selection.

• Checklist for the participants:
• 1) Duly filled registration form.
• 2) DD in favour of “Director, R. A. Podar Institute of Management, payable at Jaipur ”.
• 3) A CD and hardcopy of the synopsis
• 4) Mention 'Pratyaya' as heading on the envelope
